01You and your companyThe basics, so we know who we're designing for.
Our first reply comes here. We never share it.
If the name isn't final, say so. We can design around a working name.
Say it the way you'd explain it to a friend, not in pitch-deck words.
Not sure? Pick “Not sure yet” and we'll suggest one.
02Customers and competitorsA brand is judged by the people you sell to, next to the companies they compare you with.
Be specific: their role, the kind of company, what they care about. “Everyone” makes for a forgettable brand.
Links help. This is how we make sure you don't end up looking like them.
They don't need to be in your space. Tell us what you like about each, if you can.
03PersonalityHow the brand should feel, and how it should never feel.
Feelings, not features: “calm” rather than “fast booking”.
Just as useful as the first three. It rules out whole directions.
A logo, colors or the name itself. Tell us what's fixed and what's open to change.
Where will the brand appear most?Pick all that apply. It decides what we test the logo on.
04Timing and anything elseLast step. Anything that helps us plan.
A launch, Demo Day or first pitch. We'll tell you straight away if it's tight.
We usually set up a shared Slack channel. Telegram works just as well.
Constraints, worries, a sketch you made on a napkin. Links are fine.
