Short version: we only collect what you send us, we use it to reply and do the work, and we never sell it.

What we collect

Only what you give us: your answers in the brief (name, email, company, what the company does, stage, package, your customers and competitors, brands you admire, how the brand should and shouldn't feel, what to keep, where it will appear, dates, preferred channel, how you heard about us and any message), your name, email and message from the question and shop forms (plus a brand name in the shop), and anything you send us by email, Slack or Telegram.

Why we use it

To reply to you, do the work you ask for and keep a record of the project. We don't sell, rent or share it for advertising.

Where it goes

Form messages are delivered to our inbox by Resend, an email delivery service. Project conversations happen on Slack or Telegram, under their own privacy policies. We keep project messages for as long as the project and our accounting require.

Cookies and tracking

This site doesn't use analytics or advertising cookies. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing us. If you're in the EU or UK, you can also contact your local data protection authority.
